Scan photography
The camera views captured at every scanner position, browsable by floor in your browser. The photo of the ceiling void you needed on site, six weeks after you left it.
Scan-derived drawings
Plans, sections and slices exported as PDF and as DXF/DWG on a T&I title block, at a stated revision, cut at the levels you asked for.
Review in the browser
Nobody on your side needs a CAD seat to look at a sheet. The whole set opens full-screen, on a laptop or a phone, with nothing to download first.

On site
One visit, tripod-mounted, out of the trades' way, and out of hours if the building is live.

Registered and checked
Scanner positions are registered into one cloud, the cloud is checked, and the sheets are produced and checked before anything is issued. You are told plainly what is measured and what is not — nothing goes out as a survey that is not one.

Delivered on a private link
No FTP, no 40 GB WeTransfer that expires on a Friday. Your organisation gets one private page. Download what you need, when you need it, and when we scan another floor it appears on the same link.

Price against what is there.
Existing-building drawings are a record of an intention, not a record of a building. A scan is the building. It is the difference between a tender allowance and a number you can stand over.
Find the clash before you cut.
Ceiling voids, risers, structure, existing services — measured rather than assumed. Every one of those found on a screen instead of on site is a variation that never happens.
Hand over a real record.
At the end of the job you have an as-built record of the space rather than a marked-up set of someone else's drawings.
Delivery
Your survey arrives as a link, not a hard drive.
One page per client. Download the point cloud, pull a set of sheets as a ZIP, browse the photography, open any drawing full-screen. Your team does not create an account and does not manage a password — we send you a private link and we can turn it off.
